Cancellation Policy !

Card on file is required to book any lash service appointment at Lash Design. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A cancellation or last minute rescheduling leaves an open window in the lash artist’s schedule that could have been filled by another client. That’s why we require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel prior to 24 hours of your appointment – you won’t be charged. If you reschedule in less than 24 hours or on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 40$ rescheduling/cancellation fee. Give us a call at 7737998389  (tel:773798389)to reschedule or cancel or you can do it online, too. In case of No-Show, 100% of the service price will be charged.

Your appointment time starts and ends at the time you booked so please be on time to your appointment. Also do not drink coffee before your lash appointment. Allow yourself 10-15 minutes extra time to find a parking spot. It’s street metered parking.
